Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reachedly collects, uses, and shares information when you use our data and research platform.

Last updated: January 24, 2026

Scope & definitions

This Privacy Policy applies to Reachedly ("Reachedly", "we", "us", "our") and the Reachedly website and application (the "Service").

  • Account information means details you provide to create or manage an account.
  • Input data means content you upload or submit (for example seedlists, CSVs, domains, brand names, creator/channel URLs).
  • Generated outputs means results created by the Service (for example safety/suitability assessments, validation results, personalization hooks, or performance metrics).

Information we collect

Account

We collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication details needed to access the Service.

Usage & logs

We collect usage information to operate and protect the Service. This may include timestamps, feature usage, error logs, device and browser information, and basic security signals.

Input data (CSV/seedlists and other submissions)

The Service may process input data you provide for research, enrichment, validation, scoring, and workflow automation. You control what you upload.

Generated outputs

The Service generates outputs such as qualification indicators, validation signals, personalization suggestions, and creator/channel analytics. Outputs are intended for decision support and may be probabilistic.

Payment & subscriptions

Payment processing is handled by a trusted third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing metadata (such as plan status and transaction identifiers) needed to provide access and support. We do not store your full payment card details.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (including authentication, access controls, and abuse prevention).
  • Process your input data to produce requested results (e.g., qualification, validation, discovery, and analytics).
  • Improve heuristics and workflows (e.g., better matching, deduplication, and error reduction).
  • Customer support, billing, and account communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract — to provide the Service you request.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
  • Consent — where required, for certain communications or optional features.

Data sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processing) that work on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Integrations you choose to enable (for example, optional outreach tools such as Instantly).
  • Legal requirements where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

Data retention

We retain information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to operate the Service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion of your account or certain data by contacting support (see the Contact section below). Deletion requests may be subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • EU/EEA/UK: rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection.
  • California: rights under applicable state privacy laws, where applicable.

To exercise your rights, contact us at support@reachedly.com.

AI & automation disclosure

Some features use automated analysis to generate scores, recommendations, or written suggestions. These outputs are probabilistic and may not reflect the full context. You are responsible for verifying results and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, platform terms, and your internal policies.

Reachedly does not claim ownership of influencer/creator information. We process and present information that may be aggregated from publicly available sources, user-provided inputs, and vendor-provided datasets.
